New Zealand: Day 1 and 2

hehehehello evryone!! im back from New Zealand and it was great..
anyone missed me? lol.. im sure there are a handful of u.. ok, i shall tell u wad happened..

Day 1, 2nd June 2007

the flight was okayy... the food wasnt that good although it was briyani.. the only thing that was nice, was the ice-cream and the stewardess.. =) there was a bit of turbulence so the picture a little blurred...

in the plane..

Day 2, 3rd June 2007

when we reached Auckland, New Zealand we met our tour guide, Mr. Doug.. we got on the bus and went off to Mt Eden, a volcano.. it actually wasnt that cold when we arrived but we underestimated the weather..

we saw a rainbow for three consecutive days..

Mt. Eden- a descending volcano with craters made my sheep tracks..

we then went for lunch which was a long ride away.. Huda, Kai Beng, Aneesa and me were sitting on the back row of the bus.. and we 4 were a havoc bunch, taking pictures and laughing away..

in the bus throughout the whole trip..

we then reached this place lyk in the middle of no where for lunch.. and we had sandwiches, wedges and orange juice.. ther was this really cool emo waiter too.. by the tym after we finished lunch, the sun was about to set and it was around 5:30pm then..

next stop was the Karangahake Gorge.. it is actually very interesting knowing how a gorge is formed so do read up on it.. lol..

we had to go through a shaky bridge which can take a maximum of 10 person each time and Huda was super freaked out..

finally we went to this super huge supermarket where i bought lots of sweets and chocolates and also met my yours truly.. (awww, compliments of eric)

then we finally reached our motel..

and had dinner first.. i was feeling kinda queasy so i didnt eat..

the appetiser was Pumpkin Soup which Brendan clearly was enjoying it and all i had to say was "Fear Factor"

we then had a debrief before going in to our rooms..
