i donated blood!!

well, ill get straight to the point..

i donated blood yesterday and it was a good feeling man!!

just a little pain which is totally bearable..

ok lemme explain the procedure for those who are interested in donating..

i seriously urge you to donate..

~firstly, they will check your veins.. whether it is visible or not.. if it isnt, then you're not eligible..

~next, you have to fill in this application form.. ur personal details and stuff..

~then you will be verified by some person about ur particulars.. note:bring ur i/c or passport..

~after that you will be screened by a doctor.. he/she will ask u personal questions which i laughed my heads off.. take ur temperature, weight and check if you've had a medical history of fever, flu and other stuffs for the past 3 weeks..

~the next station is the blood test.. just a little pain.. they will check your iron level too..

~and finally, the blood donation itself..

and i did not regret donating blood as i helped to save up to three lives and i feel happy that i did my part for the community..

and the best part is, i appeared in Lianhe Zaobao, a chinese newspaper, today.. here's the picture..

ok larr, its blurr but how many times does your picture actually appear in the newspaper?
